"Monday is going to be a good day"

 

 Mindfulness is an ancient wisdom-based discipline that fosters deep self-awareness and leads to profound personal growth. Studying Mindfulness enables its learners to cultivate powerful inner resilience and make wise decisions during times of pressure, crisis or stress.

​

These 12 sessions are designed to support and promote wellbeing and self-tooling of day-to-day emotions. The sessions will consist of Mindfulness Practice, Mindfulness with cognitive behaviour therapy. Sound healing and chair Yoga and many holistic guest teachers.

 

Between 6-8 on a Sunday evening in preparation for your week.

 

Looking at various day to day managing of Stress, anxiety, and concerns (additional or specific sessions are available by request)

Who can attend?

Anyone who would like to exhale and stop the world from moving for a moment. 

​

We are advising a minimum age of 16.

Sessions will cover:

  • The characteristics of mindfulness, how it works, and how to practice it.

  • The benefits of mindfulness on maturing self-awareness and discipline.

  • How to develop a whole, fully present and influential personal presence.

  • Why Mindfulness is a powerful discipline for positively motivating people.

  • The benefits of Mindfulness, including growing resilience and improving focus.

  • How applying Mindfulness can improve mental health and general wellness.

  • How to connect with people in an authentic, genuine and congruent way.

  • How to apply Mindfulness and benefit from a constructive outlook on life.

  • Support with unhelpful think processes 

  • Develop self-tools to support day to day management

  • Self-acceptance and self love
